Your ceremony is the most important part of your wedding day. Your choice of celebrant is an integral part of you feeling relaxed and comfortable on your special day. I am delighted to share this beautiful experience with you and assist you to create your ceremony of your dreams.

My professional services are inclusive:

A ceremony entered into to seal the love and commitment between two people who cannot legally marry for various reasons.

For example, a couple who wish to commit to each other without the legalities of formal marriage; a couple who have not been able to provide original documents for the celebrant to sight prior to the marriage and wish to go ahead on their chosen day; a couple too young to marry or same-sex couples who wish to seal their devotion and commitment to each other.

Keep in mind that a commitment ceremony is not legally binding.

Renewal of vows

The renewal/reaffirmation of vows can be performed at any time. It is mostly entered into to signify a particular milestone anniversary or event during a marriage.

Another example is a couple who married overseas (once legally married you cannot be married again), and wish to have a ceremony in Australia to include friends and family unable to attend the first ceremony. This would not contain any of the legal components presented at a Marriage Ceremony.

A wonderful way to welcome a new-born into your family, to be shared with friends and the community.

It is a non-religious ceremony where various readings can be shared, the announcement of the infant’s god-parents or guardians, and a warm and loving welcome to the little one into their new life. This ceremony could also signify the coming together of blended families following a marriage.

Getting Started

I am pleased to meet with you and your partner obligation free. We can do this at my home. To book your date, you will then be required to pay a deposit during our next meeting which will last approximately one-hour.

During this meeting we discuss your ceremony ideas and complete legal documentation - the Notice of Intended Marriage form (which must be completed one month and one day before your wedding day).

For this I will require the following documents:

Then we meet again for your rehearsal to ensure any changes for you before your wedding day.
